Shipping Policy

All shipping is done via Canada Post. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

Catz n’ Jammers prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise.  If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused items in its original condition within 30 business days of the receipt of the item(s) and we will provide you with a refund or store credit, less shipping costs.

Cancellation of Orders:

You may only cancel your order via telephone, email or fax up to the time the order has been shipped if the order has been processed, you can return it but you are responsible for shipping costs to and from.
